Red Handed Symposium is a celebration of low fire high iron clay that will take place at The Clay Lady’s Campus in Nashville, TN May 25-27, 2018.

The weekend starts with a reception for the Red Handed Invitational exhibition that includes the work of these artists and more: Ron Meyers, Gail Kendall, Matt Kelleher, Shoko Teruyama, Amanda Dobbratz, Mark Pharis, Rebecca Chappell, Jenny Mendes, Tom Jaszczak, Mike Cinelli, Joan Bruneau, Victoria Christen, Catie Miller, Ben Carter, Michael Connelly, Martina Lantin, Nancy Gardner, Teresa Pietsch, Lisa Buck, Missy McCormick, Stan Mace Andersen, Jeremy Randall, Joe Pintz, Kip O’Krongly, Holly Walker, Maria Dondero, and Marc Digeros.
Linda Arbuckle will give the Keynote Address following the reception.
Ronan Kyle Peterson, Amy Sanders, Liz Zlot Summerfield and I will give demonstrations of the distinctive ways we work with red clay on Saturday and Sunday.
Ben Carter will lead a panel discussion between the presenters that will be recorded live for the Tales of a Red Clay Rambler Podcast.
